We provide answers to the questions you may not know how to ask by interviewing experts in nursing, medicine, sexual health and wellness. Your co-host Dr. Heather Quaile is a leading Women’s and Gender-related Nurse Practitioner. We started in 2020 with Dr. Quaile and colleague Dr. Tara Thompson, pharmacist and now welcome our cohost and leading women’s health expert and nurse practitioner, Jackie Piasta. This is a safe space where no question is off limits and we advocate and encourage listeners to just ask their most intimate questions and to breakdown the barriers of embarrassment and taboo.

"I, Sophie Pollack, am a survivor of sexual assault and domestic violence, which is why I started this grassroots organization. It took me a while to come to terms with wanting to share my story, but I know it would benefit not only me but the survivor community as a whole. I am more than just a survivor. That is not solely who I am. Survivors are more than their past; they are individuals who take their experiences and make a change in the world."
About A Path2Courage
A Path 2 Courage is a grassroots organization based on the idea of building an advocate base for sexual assault survivors. Being an advocate has become a part of my identity and has helped others shape theirs. With the help of this grassroots organization, I am hoping to continue to build a strong advocate base for sexual assault awareness.
