We provide answers to the questions you may not know how to ask by interviewing experts in nursing, medicine, sexual health and wellness. Your founder and host Dr. Heather Quaile is a leading Women’s and Gender-related Nurse Practitioner. #justASK is a healthcare podcast that started in 2020. She started the podcast in 2020 with her colleague Dr. Tara Thompson, pharmacist and continued in 2024 with colleague and co-host Jackie Piasta, nurse practitioner and will go into the next season with multiple guest co-hosts and speakers. This is a safe space where no question is off limits and we advocate and encourage listeners to just ask their most intimate questions and to breakdown the barriers of embarrassment and taboo.

Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause
Dr. Rachel S. Rubin is a board certified urologist with fellowship training in sexual medicine. She is an assistant clinical professor in urology at Georgetown University and owns her own practice in Washington DC. Dr. Rubin provides comprehensive care to all genders. She treats issues such as pelvic pain, menopause, erectile dysfunction, and low libido.
Dr. Rubin is the director at large and former education chair for the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH) and an associate editor for the journal Sexual Medicine Reviews. Her work has been featured in the NYT, NPR and PBS. She was named a Washingtonian Top Doctor in 2019-2023.
