We provide answers to the questions you may not know how to ask by interviewing experts in nursing, medicine, sexual health and wellness. Your founder and host Dr. Heather Quaile is a leading Women’s and Gender-related Nurse Practitioner. #justASK is a healthcare podcast that started in 2020. She started the podcast in 2020 with her colleague Dr. Tara Thompson, pharmacist and continued in 2024 with colleague and co-host Jackie Piasta, nurse practitioner and will go into the next season with multiple guest co-hosts and speakers. This is a safe space where no question is off limits and we advocate and encourage listeners to just ask their most intimate questions and to breakdown the barriers of embarrassment and taboo.

This podcast will focus on the work that Family Nurse Practitioner, Nicole Owens, is doing to help male patients navigate their life and sexual health while managing chronic conditions or physical disabilities.
Guest Speaker Bio
Nichole Owens specializes in Urology as a Nurse Practitioner at University of Mississippi Medical Center. In her practice, she focuses on the care of chronic neuro urological conditions such as congenital disorders like spinal bifida and cerebral palsy, as well as patients with multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and stroke. She also treats bladder and pelvic floor dysfunction in both men and women. She is passionate about using a holistic approach to treat these chronic health conditions while striving for the highest quality of life.
